MENAL Return Policy
We want you to love your order from MENAL. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return Instructions:
To start a return, contact us at alixmenal@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
